Brendan Walsh

Owner

Brendan has been involved in home construction since he was a child. His father, a homebuilder, taught Brendan to swing a hammer as soon as he could walk. After graduating from college, he started his career as a project manager with Ryan Homes. After several years with the firm, he ventured out on his own to form Lehigh Homes & Development. Brendan earned a bachelor’s degree in Building Construction with a focus on Real Estate and Land Development at Virginia Tech. Brendan and his wife, Kendyl, have four young children (who will also soon be swinging hammers). In his spare time, Brendan enjoys spending time with his family, cycling, and trips to the Isle of Palms. Brendan was recently named the Young Professional of the Year by the Roswell Convention and Visitors Bureau. He also serves as the Chairman of the Design Review Board for the City of Roswell, and coaches multiple sports teams for the Roswell Youth Sports Program.

Will Swank

Purchasing Manager

Will is a local native to Roswell, Georgia. After graduating from Blessed Trinity, Will received a scholarship to play Division II lacrosse as well as earn his Bachelor of Science degree in 2014 from Limestone College in Gaffney, South Carolina. In Will’s four years he earned a national title in lacrosse while graduating magna cum laude. Will has always had a talent for building. From small build projects as a child to large home renovations today, his hard work ethic, big vision, and passion for building come naturally. Will joined Lehigh Homes & Development to fuel his passion with his role to guide our clients and their vision through their build; beginning with the end in mind. In his spare time, Will enjoys spending time with his wife and family at the lake and renovating things around his home. Will is also heavily involved in the Blessed Trinity Lacrosse community. Will and his wife, Anna, are expecting their first child this fall.

Patrick Towner

Project Manager

Patrick was raised and is still deeply rooted in the Roswell community. He graduated from Blessed Trinity and then went on to earn his bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management while playing NCAA lacrosse at Berry College. After graduating from Berry, he moved back to the North Atlanta suburbs to immerse himself in the Roswell community. Being raised in the landscaping industry, Patrick’s interest in construction developed at a young age. His interest in woodworking fueled a hobby of building furniture, shelves, and sheds until he turned it into a career. Patrick accrued several years of experience in the construction industry, wearing various hats within the building process which led him to Lehigh Homes & Development. Outside of work, Patrick is the Director of Boys Youth Lacrosse at Roswell Area Park and is Defensive Coordinator and head JV Boys Lacrosse coach at Roswell High School. In his free time, he enjoys getting outdoors with his wife, Sarah. Patrick and Sarah were thrilled to welcome their first child this summer.

Tara Corcoran

Office Manager

Tara lives in Roswell with her husband, Brian, and their two daughters. Born and raised in San Diego, California, Tara moved east to go to school and play volleyball at the College of William and Mary where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and master’s in Elementary Education. She taught 4th grade for several years before staying home to raise her young children, and then began teaching preschool at Roswell United Methodist. She hasn’t swung a hammer since she built a birdhouse at the age of seven, but as a former teacher she knows how to multi-task and keep the Lehigh Homes & Development office running smoothly. Tara serves in numerous volunteer roles through Roswell North Elementary and her daughters’ sports teams. In her free time, she loves to garden, get in a good sweat at Spenga, and enjoy the amenities of downtown Roswell with her family and friends.
